The Bangladesh DX Club (BDXC) is a non-profit, voluntary organization representing amateur radio enthusiasts and DXing specialists in Bangladesh. We are dedicated to the advancement of amateur radio, technical knowledge, emergency communications, and national/global DX activities.
Our mission is to promote DXing excellence, foster collaboration among operators, advance technical knowledge, and build a strong, supportive community of amateur radio enthusiasts in Bangladesh.
Our club is managed by a dedicated Executive Committee with rotating leadership.
The club's administrative body is the Executive Committee, responsible for strategic decisions, financial oversight, and activity planning. The committee includes the following positions:
There are no formal elections for club positions. All positions within the Executive Committee are filled by rotation, following the alphabetical order of callsigns. This ensures that every member has the opportunity to hold each leadership role.
The initial term for the first Executive Committee is two financial years, with all subsequent terms limited to one financial year to ensure fair rotation.
We organize and participate in national and international DXpeditions, radio contests, and special event stations to promote the hobby and improve our skills.
We encourage members to engage in technical projects, such as building custom antennas, experimenting with Software-Defined Radios (SDR), and exploring new digital modes.
We are dedicated to training new amateur radio operators through workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs, helping them prepare for their license exams.
